have been stopped.
2.4.2.4 Equipment connection to earth: labeling and safety
instructions
Terminals for equipment connection to earth, to be done according to international safety
standards, are indicated by the following symbol:
The position of earth connection terminals is specified in the Hardware Installation section.
2.4.2.5 Heat-radiating mechanical parts: labeling and safety
instructions
The presence of heat-radiating mechanical parts is indicated by the following warning label
in compliance with IEC 417 Norm, Fig.5041:
2.4.2.6 Harmful optical signals: labeling and safety instructions
Danger: Carefully observe the specific procedures for installation, turn-up, and
commissioning and maintenance of equipment parts where heat-radiating mechanical
parts are present, described in the relevant installation, turn-up, and commissioning and
maintenance documents and the following general rule:
Personal injury can be caused by heat. Avoid touching powered terminals with any
exposed part of your body.
