The QuickVu 4K always has One Screen and One Aux. Screen, so there is no SCREEN 2 area and no keys
associated. The other keys work as on other Midra™ 4K devices.
QuickMatrix 4K exclusive front panel keys

The QuickMatrix 4K always has Two Screens and no Aux. Screen.
- The AUX area is replaced by a PRESETS area with three keys to load Memories on Screen 1, Screen 2
or the Multiviewer.
- Each SCREEN area has a corresponding TAKE key.
- The common TAKE key is replaced by a TAKE ALL key that triggers transition on both Screens.
The other keys work as on other Midra™ 4K devices.
Front panel USB port
The front panel USB port is used to update the device, transfer images or export/import configurations, etc.
Inputs and Outputs
All models have the same input and output plugs and capabilities. See Fig. 1 - Midra 4K front and rear panels
(ex: Eikos 4K), page 19 for the location of each plug.
- Input 1 & 2 are multi-plug (HDMI1.4 and 3G-SDI) with one plug being active.
- Input 3 & 4 (12G-SDI)
- Input 5 (HDMI 2.0 with Loop)
- Input 6 & 7 (HDMI 2.0)
- Input 8 (HDMI 2.0 with Loop)
- Input 9 & 10 (DisplayPort 1.2)
- Output 1 & 2 are multi-plug (HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI). The two plugs of the same output can be used
the same time, the signal will be identical (same content, same resolution, same rate).
- Multiviewer is multi-plug (HDMI 1.4 and 3G-SDI). The two plugs can be used the same time.
Note: Some output formats will only work on one plug if the other one does not support the format.
