# Default Range Description
WLC: External Level Sensor Scaling
If an external level sensor is set in expansion option 4, then the 4-20mA
signal will need be scaled for the length of the sensor.
0.01 – 200.00mm/mA or 0.01 – 200.00”/mA (see parameter 40)
WLC: External Level Sensor Filter Time
The filter time is the rolling time period over which the external level
sensor takes the water level reading. When a moving water level is
detected this time period reduces in proportion linearly to the movement.
WLC: Wave Signature Average Level
The wave signature average level is set as percentage of the wave
signature height of the water level.
WLC: Feedwater Control Dead Band
The Feedwater Control Dead Band is defined as a fraction of the distance
from the Control Level to First Low and operates this far above and below
the control point. When this option is activated, water level control (servo
position or VSD output) will not be updated while the water level is within
this dead band, allowing small variation in the water level to be ignored.
WLC: External Level Sensor No Correction Pressure
This option allows the readings from an external water level sensor (4-
20mA) to be compensated according to the current boiler pressure.
Correction is applied linearly between the boiler
Exp Option 34 and 35.
The No Correction Pressure is the pressure above which compensation
starts to be applied to the water level signal.
WLC: External Level Sensor Maximum Correction Pressure
This option allows the readings from an external water level sensor (4-
20mA) to be compensated according to the current boiler pressure.
Correction is applied linearly between the boiler pressures
Exp Option 34 and 35.
The External Level Sensor Maximum Correction Pressure is the pressure
at which maximum compensation is applied to the water level signal.
WLC: External Level Sensor Maximum Correction
The maximum compensation (in mm) that is applied to the external water
level signal (at the pressure set in Exp Option 35)
WLC: Audible Alarm Timeout Period
Sets the time counter for water level alarm or warning.
