5. Click the Configuration tab. (Click the “Add Network Components” link in
Windows 2000.)
The contents of the Configuration tab vary, depending on the
configuration of the laptop. Select the entry corresponding to the PCMCIA
ethernet card inserted in step 1 of ‘‘Install the ethernet card’’ on page 2-5.
6. Click File and Print Sharing to make file and print sharing active.
The File and Print Sharing dialog box displays:
