Spring Seat
Inspect spring seat

for damage. Replace
if any defect is found.
Steel Washer and Nylon Washer
Measure thickness of the nylon and steel
adjusting washer with a vernier caliper.
Replace washers and adjust the thickness
if beyond service limit.
Adjusting washer thickness

: 5mm~6mm
Bearing
Inspect the bearing

for smooth rotation.
Replace if rough or locked.
Installation
Install sliders

on ramp plate

Place weight sliders

into the drive pulley
moving sheave

.
Install ramp plate
2
on drive pulley moving
sheave
4
.
NOTE: Align the marks made on ramp
plate and drive pulley moving sheave.
