Activation in presence of faults
If faults are present during system activation, before confirming the action the keypad will display:
To continue with activation if a fault has been detected, you will need to force the procedure.
IMPORTANT: the user may not be authorised to force activation in the presence of certain faults; for
authorisation contact your installer.
From the previous screen (FAULTS! FORCE?):
Use the arrow
to view all faults.
Press "ENTER" to force activation.
If the user is not authorised for forced activation, the following screen will appear:
To exclude opened zones, proceed as follows:
2. To confirm exclusion of the zone you are viewing, press ‘ENTER’.
3. For activation to take place, ensure all open zones are excluded, then repeat the process
described in steps 1 and 2 for all open zones.
4. After the exclusion procedure has been completed for all open zones, the following screen will
appear:

5. Press ‘ENTER’ to activate, or press 'C' to cancel.
6. If the operation is completed successfully, an ‘I’ will appear in correspondence with the activated
areas to indicate total activation of these areas.
If the exclusion procedure has not been performed for all open zones, the following screen will appear to
indicate that activation has not been carried out.
IMPORTANT: If an Exit time is set, the keypad will signal it by beeping (see "Buzzer" on page 8) for the
duration of the Exit time period.
