Voice guide
If the voice guide is enabled, the control unit answers calls made to the associated telephone (both GSM and
telephone line).
The voice guide can be used to interrogate the control unit in order to find out the system status and carry out
commands such as activation or including and excluding zones.
The voice messages reproduced indicate which buttons to press when navigating the menu.
Menu connection procedure
To access the voice menu:
» If the code is valid, the message “WELCOME” will be repeated and the menu reproduced
» If the code is not valid, the message “USER NOT RECOGNISED” will be repeated and the unit
will hang up
1. Call the associated telephone number.
2. Wait for the control unit to answer (after the programmed number of rings).
3. If enabled, the voice guide will prompt you to enter the code with the message “ENTER CODE”,
otherwise it will wait for the code without any indication.
4. Enter the 6-digit code

Main menu
After entering a valid code, you will be able to access the main menu, which consists of the following voice
messages:
After each menu or response, the following message will be repeated:
(1) “Press One for system status”
(2) “Press Two for areas management”
(3) “Press Three for outputs”
(4) “Press Four for alarm log”
(5) “Press Five for zones”
(2.1) “Press One for system status”
(2.2) “Press Two for total activation”
(2.3) “Press Three followed by scenario number to activate it”
(2.4) “Press Four to activate singe area”
(2.5) “Press Five for zones”
(2.4.1) "Press One followed by area number for total activation"
(2.4.2) "Press Two followed by area number for Partial 1 activation"
(2.4.3) "Press Three followed by area number for Partial 2 activation"
Enter the desired sub-menu by pressing the corresponding key.
Once you have accessed a sub-menu you can return to the previous menu by pressing '*'.

(2) Area management
(1) System Status
This menu can be used to find out the status of the areas and perform activations or deactivations.
The menu consists of the following voice messages:
This function gives the status of the control unit, listing any tampering events and faults present.
For example:
"The following tampering events are present..."
"The following faults are present..."
(2.4) Single area activation sub-menu
This menu can be used to activate a single area by selecting the type of activation: Total,
Partial 1 or Partial 2.
The menu consists of the following voice messages:
Then press the key corresponding to the desired activation followed by the area
number, bearing in mind that the maximum number of areas for this control unit is 8.
