Code deletion
To delete a code and deactivate a user, select the option 'Delete' using the up and down arrow keys,
and select the user you wish to delete using the right and left arrow keys.
To delete the code press 'ENTER', you will be asked to confirm the deletion.
IMPORTANT: the option for working on user codes can be disabled by the installer during
programming.
Change date/time
This option can be used to set the date and time on the control unit system clock.
Using the arrow keys, navigate to the screen "System Mgmt/Options/Change date/time" and press
'ENTER'.
1. The first line will show DD-MM-YY (day, month and year) and the second line will display the date set
on the control unit.
2. Enter the date using the number keys (e.g.: 1st September 2015 will become 010915) then confirm.
3. The first line of the display now shows HH-MM (hours and minutes) and the second line shows the time
set on the control unit.
4. Enter the time in the suggested format (e.g. one-fifteen p.m. will become 1315), then confirm.
5. Once the procedure is complete, it will be confirmed by the message 'PARAMETER CHANGED'.
Enable/Disable voice menu
This option can be used to enable or disable the control unit voice menu. If enabled, the control unit will
answer the calls directed to it.
Using the arrow keys, navigate to the screen "System Mgmt/Options/Enable voice menu" and press
'ENTER'.
At this point press the navigation keys to select whether to permanently enable the voice menu or not, then
confirm using 'ENTER'.
» Completion of the operation is confirmed by the message 'PARAMETER CHANGED'.
IMPORTANT: to answer telephone calls with audio messages, the control unit must be equipped with
a voice message memory where the installer should have uploaded the necessary audio messages.
