Computer shut down and memory was lost when replacing
the battery pack
Possible Cause
When the computer is in Suspend, the battery pack must be
replaced within 10 minutes to prevent loss of information.
Solution
Wait a few seconds until the computer initiates Suspend before
removing the battery pack. Insert the battery pack within 10
minutes.
