Removing the Battery Pack from the MultiBay
CAUTION:
If you are removing the battery pack while the computer
is on, you can prevent loss of information by initiating Suspend
before removing the battery pack. Be sure to replace the discharged
battery pack with a charged one within 10 minutes.
1 If the computer is turned on, press the suspend button. If there
is hard drive or diskette activity, Suspend may not occur
instantly.

Tilt the computer at an angle

and slide the MultiBay release

away from the MultiBay while pulling on the notch
under the MultiBay.
