portNum: The port number.
thresholdType: the DDM threshold type. The value should be one
of the following values: temperature, supply voltage, bias current,
TX power, RX power.
exceedType: indicate exceed threshold or recover to normal event,
the value should be “recovered from” or “exceeded”
thesholdSubType: the DDM threshold sub type, the value should
be “high” or “low”.
