To enable the authentication policy encryption:

4-5 disable authen_policy_encryption
Description
This command is used to disable the authentication policy encryption. When disabled, TACACS+
and RADIUS key will be in the plain text form.

None.

4-6 create authen_login method_list_name
Description
This command is used to create a user-defined method list of authentication methods for user
login. The maximum supported number of the login method lists is eight.
