Preparing building process
Prior to starting a building process, preparatory measures are necessary to obtain an
optimum result.
Necessary activities:
➢ Activating process peripherals:
- Switching on extraction system
- Switching on Cooling system
- Switching laser to ready.
➢ Warm up machine
➢ Loading prepared job, checking if necessary
➢ Defining cooling phase if necessary.

Build
The building of the parts commences with the start of the building process. If
problems occur, the process can be interrupted at any time and, on completion of
the necessary work, continued or cancelled completely.
During an interruption in the building process the current job can be modified by
loading additional parts, changing exposure types or recoating parameters.
Necessary activities:
➢ Start building process
➢ If necessary interrupting, continuing building process
➢ If necessary cancelling building process.
