Building with soiled plastic powder
Soiled plastic powder can enter the powder circuit if powder preparation is
inadequate and in the worst case can result in a building process crash.
Rectification:
➢ Generously remove damaged powder during unpacking and do not re-use.
For recommendations on powder preparation, see section 4, Basic information on
materials.
➢ Do not use a brush to free parts of powder during unpacking, as brush hairs could
enter the powder circuit. In the worst case brush hairs could cause a building
process crash.
➢ Check sieve in the Sieving machine in accordance with servicing plan and change
immediately in case of damage.
