Function

For the usage of the plastic powder in the laser sintering process, there must be a

defined mixture ratio of new to recycled powder.

The mixing & qualification station (MQS) doses, mixes and conditions plastic powder

for laser sintering applications. The basic principle comprises the precise gravimetric

dosing, mixing, homogenisation and moistening of the plastic powder to be mixed,

i.e., of the new powder and the recycled powder.
