Parameter sets
With a defined parameter set, an EOS material has, depending on the requirements
on the part, matched settings in relation to part and process properties for the usage
on the machine.
It is also possible to develop custom parameter sets. These can be configured using
the Exposure editor module for special applications, for parts with unusual
geometries, as well as for applications from research and development in the area of
laser sintering.
Possible parameter sets within the Part Property Management:
➢ OEP - Original EOS parameter sets
All parameter sets published officially by EOS for various materials including the
PPP parameter sets
➢ PPP parameter sets
Qualified part and process properties for defined materials.
➢ Customer parameter sets
Custom parameter sets developed using the Exposure editor module.
