Powder conveying vibro-kit
Layout
Function
The Powder conveying vibro-kit comprises a separate switching cabinet as an
attachment to the switching cabinet for the Powder conveying system as well as two
conical inserts connected to the switching cabinet; these inserts are each placed in a
powder bin in the dosing station. The ball vibrators in the conical inserts are
operated with compressed air. Their vibration improves the flow properties of certain
plastic powders and as a result ensures an even flow of new and recycled powder
through the dosing station for the Powder conveying system to the spiral conveyor.
