CR-PW Sensor Initialization
 Follow the steps exactly in the way instructed, otherwise a fatal error will occur.
 If these adjustments are inaccurate, proper operation of the printer is not guaranteed.
1. Make sure no paper is in the tray; enter the Sensor Check menu (See page 4-16).
2. Select
CR-PWS
and press Enter.
PQ Sensor Adjustment
1. Initialize the CR-PW Sensor (see above).
2. Select
ASF Quantity
and press Enter.
3. Make sure no paper is in the tray; press Enter.
4. Put a stack of paper or a paper quantity adjustment tool along the right edge guide of the ASF. A stack of
paper has a thickness of 0.35 to 0.36 in (9 to 9.1 mm) and consists of approximately 90 sheets of 20-lb
(75-g) paper. Press Enter; the Sensor Check menu appears.
