11.1 System Operation
1) It is waited for the start entry or pressing start key.
2) Tare is taken.
3) Start-up Delay period is waited (if "Start-upDelay" period is entered)
4) Ready input is waited.
5) Fast output, slow output and next silo output are activated.
6) Stability delay period is waited.(If "StabilityDelay" period is entered)
7) When the filling value reaches to the Target Value-(Shot Value + Sensitive Amount), the fast output
becomes passive.
8) Stability delay period is waited.(If "StabilityDelay" period is entered)
9) When the filled value reaches to the target-shot value, slow output also becomes passive.
10) It is waited for a period of the desicion period (200 ms)
11) Shot value is updated if Auto-Shot "On" is selected.
12) The quantity taken is transferred to the total.
13) If the quantity taken is out of tolerance, the system goes idle and error output is given (if the
RecipeTolerance value is entered)
14) For the next silo, if any, the operations after the 2.step are repeated.
15) If there is no silos, the discharge input is waited.
