Examples of Adaptive Rate Limiting Applications
The following sections show some examples of how you can use Adaptive Rate Limiting. The CLI commands for
implementing each application are shown in Complete CLI Examples on page 14-19.
Adaptive Rate Policies For an Uplink
Figure 14.2 shows an example of how you can use the Adaptive Rate Limiting. In this example, four rate policies
are applied to the devices uplink to the Internet. In this case, the uplink is a trunk group consisting of two one-
Gigabit Ethernet ports.
