Chapter 8:
Settings Regarding Cutting Time
Time necessary for cutting depends on the speed to move the tool and media, and efciency of the operation.
It is best to cut slowly and carefully to cut precisely, but the speed is required to enhance the operational
efciency. The setting needs to be in good balance considering the characteristics of the media and tools,
and the contents of the cutting data.
