Symptom Possible Cause Measures
During commissioning or
operation, humidication
is enabled, but the
humidier neither
humidies nor generates
alarms.
The mains fails, or the
output volume of the
humidier is set to 0 in
diagnostic mode.
During commissioning or
operation, turn on the
humidier switch, and set
the output volume of the
humidier to a value
greater than 0 in
diagnostic mode.
The water inlet pipe or
drainpipe leaks.
The water inlet pipe or
drainpipe is not secured
or is broken.
Repair leaks.
Water is continuously
injected into the
humidier cylinder.
The water inlet solenoid
valve fails or cannot be
closed.
Start the humidier
repeatedly in diagnostic
mode. If the problem
persists, replace the water
inlet solenoid valve.
The humidier switch
trips automatically.
The actual current
exceeds the upper
threshold, which causes
the current transformer
to fail. The detected
current is incorrect.
In diagnostic mode, start
the humidier and check
the humidier current.
(The current cannot
exceed 10 A during
normal operation. When
the current exceeds 15 A,
a
humidier overcurrent
alarm will be generated.)
If the current is normal,
check the current
transformer and its cable.
The water level
decreases gradually, but
the humidier cylinder
does not work and no
manual drainage is
ongoing.
The drainage valve
leaks.
Start the drainage
solenoid valve repeatedly
in diagnostic mode. If the
problem persists, replace
the drainage valve.
The humidier cylinder
overows.
Poor water quality
brings severe water
scale at the bottom of
the cylinder. The
drainpipe or drain
outlet is blocked, and
the high water level
sensor is faulty.
Clean the drain outlet and
the cable connection to
the high water level
sensor.
