3.10.4 Leakage Test with Nitrogen

● The measuring range of the pressure gauge must be greater than or equal to
4.0 MPa, and the leather hose must withstand a pressure of at least 4.5 MPa.
● During the leakage test, do not remove the leather hose and pressure gauge to
avoid nitrogen leaks.
The nitrogen injection ports are located at the low-pressure needle valve and
discharge pipe needle valve, as shown in Figure 3-42. If a low-temperature
component is connected, it is recommended that you inject nitrogen from the
liquid pipe needle valve, low-pressure needle valve, and discharge pipe needle
valve shown in Figure 3-43 at the same time.
