Symptom Possible Cause Measures
Water fails to be injected
to the humidier
cylinder.
1. There is no water
supply or the water
supply is insucient.
2. The water inlet
solenoid valve of the
humidier cylinder is
faulty.
1. Check that the front
water supply valve is
open.
2. Check that the water
inlet solenoid valve is
open when
humidication is
enabled.

If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
6.5 Parts Replacement
After replacing any part, verify that the new part works properly.
6.5.1 Replacing the Air Filter
Prerequisites
● The air
lter needs to be replaced.
● A spare air lter of the same model is available and functional.
Context
Each smart cooling product has two air lters, located in the upper and lower
parts. The air lters need to be maintained from the rear door.
Procedure
Step 1 Open the rear door, rotate the clips on both sides of the upper air lter, and draw
out the upper air
lter, as shown in Figure 6-4.
