7.1.18 Exporting Data
Context
With the one-click mode, you can export active alarms, historical alarms, run logs,
and so on.
You are advised to use the FAT32 USB ash drive with a capacity no greater than
64 GB. Format the non-FAT32 USB ash drives into FAT32 ones before using them.
Before using a USB ash drive, ensure that its data has been scanned by antivirus
software and is secure.
● Before exporting active alarms, historical alarms, logs, and congurations, ensure that
the USB ash drive has been successfully identied. The USB port is located on the side
of the screen.
● If the USB ash drive has been successfully identied, is displayed in the status bar.
● If the USB ash drive is not properly connected, the system will display No USB device
found. during operations about the USB ash drive.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap Maint > USB Operations > Export to enter the Select Path screen, as shown
in Figure 7-18.

Step 2 Tap the le where the user saves current data in the Select Path dialog box and
tap Next. Then tap Yes in the displayed dialog box.
Step 3 After the data is successfully exported, Figure 7-19 is displayed. Click Finish.
