After the system is powered o, verify that the pipes will not cause scalding
injuries before replacement.
Procedure
Step 1 In diagnostic mode, set the value for the
humidier input to 0 and drain all water
from the humidier cylinder.
Step 2 Tap Shutdown on the LCD home screen and turn o the smart cooling product
switch in the PDC and QF4.
NO TICE
Exercise caution because the NetCol5000-A is still energized when it is being shut
down over the LCD.
Step 3 Open the rear door and remove the air lter.
Step 4 Loosen the leather belt around the humidier cylinder, as shown by (1) in Figure
6-21.
Step 5 Remove the clamp from the steam hose, and remove the hose from the
humidier
cylinder.
Step 6 Loosen the caps of cables connected to the
humidier cylinder, and remove the
cables, as shown by (2) in Figure 6-21.
NO TICE
When removing cables, save the at washer above the cables. The at washer
needs to be reinstalled after the
humidier cylinder is replaced.
