5.7.3 RJ-45 Ethernet Connection
The IMBA-8650 has one RJ-45 Ethernet connector on the external peripheral interface
panel for LAN communications. Follow the steps below to connect an RJ-45 Ethernet
connector to the IMBA-8650.
Step 1: Locate the RJ-45 connector. The location of the RJ-45 connector is shown in
Chapter 3.
Step 2: Insert an RJ-45 plug. Insert the RJ-45 plug of a LAN into the RJ-45 receptacle
on the external peripheral interface. See
Figure 5-16. Step 0:

5.7.4 USB Connection
The external USB Series "A" receptacle connectors provide easier and quicker access to
external USB devices. Follow the steps below to connect USB devices to the IMBA-8650.
Step 1: Locate the USB Series "A" receptacle connectors. The location of the USB
Series "A" receptacle connectors are shown in Chapter 3.
