The keyboard and mouse controller is interfaced to a keyboard and mouse connected to
the backplane through the board-to-board connectors.

2.8.4 Fintek F81216DG LPC Serial Port Chipset
The IMBA-8650 has a Fintek F81216DG chipset onboard enabling four additional serial
ports (COM3, COM4, COM5 and COM6). UART includes 16-byte send/receive FIFO. The
Fintek serial port chipset is interfaced to the Southbridge chip through the LPC bus.
