Dialog Boxes
For the 700 Series and CV60 Terminals, dialog boxes appear in a row just
above the task bar and system tray at the bottom of the screen and show
the following information. See the illustration at the bottom of the screen.
S Radio (or Received) Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI)
This displays the RSSI frequency retrieved f rom the radio modu le. The
color scheme is set up as follows:
Color Scheme RSSI Status
Dark Green Excellent signal (100%)
Light Green Favorable signal (80%)
Yellow Good signal (60%)
Orange Poor signal (40%)
Red Bad signal (20%)
S Term:
This displays the IP address assigned to this terminal. Up to 64 charac-
ters may appear in this box. Note that dialog boxes for the CV60 Terminal
also includes a Host name or IP addresss.
S SIP Toggle:
Tap this box to enable or disable the Software Input Panel (SIP) ons-
creen keyboard.
