STATus:QUEStionable:NTRansition
This command sets or reads the negative value of the questionable condition
register. When the bit value of the questionable condition register changes from
1 to 0, and the corresponding bit of ntransition regiser is 1, then the
corresponding bit value of questionable event register turns into 1.

This query returns the value of the Questionable Condition register. That is a
read-only register that holds the real-time (unlatched) questionable status of the
power supply. This command is not channel specific, it applies to the entire
mainframe.
