This command sets the trigger level for internally triggered voltage
measurements. A positive voltage trigger occurs when the voltage level
changes from a value less than the lower hysteresis band limit to a value
greater than the upper hysteresis band limit. Similarly, a negative voltage
trigger occurs when the voltage level changes from a value greater than the
upper hysteresis band limit to a value less than the lower hysteresis band limit.
