OUTPut:VOLTage[:DC]:RANGe
This command sets the source output range. The source output range can be
set as LOW and HIGH.
IT6411 power supply has two output ranges for switchover: High and Low. The
current range changes with the voltage range.
IT6431/IT6432/IT6433/IT6411S/IT6432S output power supply has only a single
range - High range for usage. As shown below.

This command sets the delay time of source output. The delay time of source
output ranges from 0 to 999.999s.
