This sub-section explains how to initialize ATA before operation.
5.1.1 Setting Collision Judgment Conditions : SAFE LIMIT
Values of collision judgment conditions should be properly set according to type of tracking ship,
particular waters, weather and sea conditions. (For relations between the judgment conditions and
alarms, see section “5.6 Alarm Display”.)
Before operation, be sure to set and check collision judgment conditions.
