Setting the ALR output (ALR Output)
This function enables the control of ALR port (See the section 7.2.1).
Procedures 1. Open the Serviceman Menu.
2. Perform the following menu open procedure to open the ALR Output
menu.
Installation Menu
→ Alarm
→ ALR Output
3. Click the item button corresponding to the item to be changed.
The item is switched.
On : When the alarm is occurred, the ALR sentence is output.
Off : When the alarm is occurred, the ALR sentence is not output.
Outline of items
1. TT Alarm : Alarm of Track Target and AIS Target.
2. System Alarm : Alarm of system operation.
3. Navigation Alarm : Alarm of Navigation
Setting the External Acknowledgement (External ACK Setting)
This function enables the control of system when Buzzer Off Contact signal have
received.
Procedures 1. Open the Serviceman Menu.
2. Perform the following menu open procedure to open the External ACK
Setting menu.
Installation Menu
→ Alarm
→ External ACK Setting
3. Click the item button corresponding to the menu to be changed.
Critical Alarm ：CPA/TCPA alarm.
Normal Alarm ：Except Critical Alarm.
4. Click the item button corresponding to the item to be changed.
The item is switched.
Audio : Setting of alarm sound.
On : The alarm sound is not stopped when acknowledgement have
received.
Off : The alarm sound is stopped when acknowledgement have received.
Indication : Setting of alarm indication.
Lighting : The alarm indication blinking is stopped when acknowledgement
have received.
Blinking : The alarm indication blinking is not stopped when
acknowledgement have received.
