Trigger Event Register:
Bit B0  Not used.
Bit B1, Sequence 1 (Seq1)  Set bit indicates that the instrument is in the trigger layer (PTR),
or that the instrument has exited from the trigger layer (NTR).
Bits B2 through B15  Not used.
Arm Event Register:
Bit B0  Not used.
