N1265A Connection Guide
Output Connection
Bias Tee Terminals
Output terminals internally connected to the Bias Tee High and Low input connectors on
the rear panel. The terminals should be connected to a DUT for performing the high
voltage C-V measurement.
High and Low must be connected to the high and low terminals of a DUT respectively.
Use SHV(plug)-SHV(plug) cable (N1254A-512), 2 ea. and SHV(jack)-banana adapter
(N1254A-513), 2 ea. for connection.
CAUTION Open the Bias Tee terminals for the ultra high voltage measurement using UHVU.
K Thermocouple Terminals
For connecting the thermocouple to monitor temperature around a DUT.
The N1265A-041 thermocouple supports maximum of +180 C.
The N1254A-554 thermocouple supports maximum of +250 C.
