How to Perform Measurement
Resistance Measurement
Pour fixer l'adaptateur N1413A/N1414A, enfoncez-le dans les connecteurs
B2985B/B2987B.
Poussez l'adaptateur fermement jusqu'à ce qu'il se verrouille en position (espace
< 1 mm).
For using the N1413A/N1414A adapter, set the Low Terminal State to FLOATING.
Voltage Source Low is connected to the chassis ground through the adapter.
If you use the N1413A/N1414A adapter, you do not need to care about setting of
the Voltmeter connector’s inner shield. It is opened at the adapter’s input.

Voltage Source Low terminal is internally connected to or disconnected from the
circuit common as shown in Figure 3-12. See “Low Terminal State” on page 110
for more information.
