The two analog outputs (channel 04 and 05) and senses (channel 06 and 07) are capable of outputting cal-
ibrated voltages or currents with 18 bits of resolution. You must limit the DAC output current to 40 mA
total for each slot (two DAC channels). Table below shows the output values of DAC in current mode and
voltage mode:
Mode Current Voltage
Current mode ± 24 mA ± 12 V
Voltage mode ± 15 mA ± 12 V
TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK
To prevent electrical shock, use only wire that is rated for the highest voltage to any channel. Before
removing a module cover, turn off all power to external devices connected to the module.
