Writing time stamp entries 1 ... 5
After writing the first 5 time stamp entries (RN = 0x01 ... 0x05) into the process output data, these
are directly transmitted to the FIFO memory of the module.
The input data includes the corresponding status bytes.
The diagram indicates the status of the outputs at the "t" time.
