Do not tighten nut (5) on bal
ance stud (2) too much. If you
overtorque nut (5), collar (3) can loosen the
next time the nut is removed.
(d). Torque nut (5) 30 to 40 in-lb (3.39
to 4.52 Nm).
(5). Rotate anti-torque fan (1) to make sure
it moves freely and listen for unusual
noises.
(a). The anti-torque fan (1) must move
freely and no unusual noises permit
ted.
(6). Install lower diffuser and duct (ref.
Section 53-00-00).
(7). Install baggage compartment closeout
panels and soft insulation panels (ref.
Section 25-50-00).
