(a). Connect A111 (Q12D16) wire to left
booster pump positive (+) terminal.
A112 (Q13C16) wire to right booster
pump positive (+) terminal and
install (short) straight slot screw.
(b). Connect A111 (Q35A16N) and
(Q35B16) wire to left booster pump
negative (-) terminal. A112
(Q36A16N) and (Q36B16) wire to
right booster pump negative (-)
terminal. Install hex head screw,
push up on shut-off lever arm so
screw will turn freely. Torque screw.
(11). 900 CONFIG - Install fittings in
booster pump as follows:
(a). Lubricate packing with grease (C109)
and install on reducer bushing.
(b). Install reducer bushing. Torque
reducer bushing 380-405 in-lb
(42.9-45.8 Nwm).
(c). (PW206A) Lubricate packing with
grease (C109) and install on fuel
supply system check valve.
(d). (PW206A) Install check valve.
Torque check valve 280-305 in-lb
(31.6-34.5 Nwm).
(e). (PW206E/PW207E) Lubricate
packing with grease (C109) and
install on union.
(f). (PW206E/PW207E) Install union.
Torque union 280-305 in-lb
(31.6-34.5 Nwm).
(12). 902 CONFIG - Install fittings in
booster pump as follows:
(a). Lubricate packing with grease (C109)
and install on reducer.
(b). Install reducer. Torque reducer
380-405 in-lb (42.9-45.8 Nwm).
(c). Install tee. Torque tee 230-260 in-lb
(26-29.4 Nwm).
(d). Install reducer and tube nut. Torque
tube nut 230-260 in-lb (26-29.4
Nwm).
(e). Connect tube. Torque tube nut 50-65
in-lb (5.65-7.34 Nwm).
(13). Connect fuel hose. Torque fuel supply
hose nut 230-260 in-lb (26-29.4 Nwm).
(14). Install forward fuel cell access cover
(Ref. Section 28-00-00).
(15). Install cabin floor panels AL165,
AR165, A170 (Ref. Section 53-20-00).
(16). Do the fuel cell leak check/pressure
test.
(17). Install sump access panel B178 (Ref.
Section 06-00-00).
(18). Fuel helicopter (Ref. Section 12-00-00).
(19). Do the fuel booster pump operational
test.
(20). If necessary, install carpet (Ref. Section
25-20-00).
(21). If necessary, install cabin seats (Ref.
Section 25-20-00).
C. Centrifugal Fuel Booster Pump Umbrella
Shaped Check Valve Removal
NOTE: You can only change the umbrella
shaped check valve in the fuel booster pump
cartridge housing.
(1). Remove fuel booster pump.
(2). Remove fuel booster pump cartridge.
(3). Remove check valve (23).

(1). Install check valve.
(2). Install fuel booster pump cartridge.
(3). Install fuel booster pump.
