Check the sensor for the registration mark detection
Prepare the sheet on which the registration mark is printed.

Make sure that the plotter is in local mode.

Enter the jog mode by pressing the jog key or

Move the tip of the pen to the registration mark detection position by pressing the
appropriate ones of the jog keys and .
Perform registration mark detection at a position 1mm or more away from the registration mark.

Press the key to terminate the jog mode.
The plotter returns to the local mode.

Press the key.

Select [MARK sensor] by pressing the jog key or
.

Press the key.
If you move the head and sheet manually, you cannot perform the right response check. Be sure to
perform it via the following operations.
For conditions of already printed registration mark, refer to “Precautions when Creating Data
with Register Marks” ( P.4-2).
Set the buzzer sound to “ON”. ( P.3-26) The registration mark detection sound is not made if the
buzzer sound is set to OFF.
