  Troubleshooting Table

1  After  the  AC 
power  input  is 
connected,,  the 
AC  power 
status  indicator 
does  not  light 
on. 
Abnormal  power  system  or 
incorrect  connection  of  the 
power cord. 
Verify  that  the  plug  has  not 
become loosened or dislodged 
from the back of the system. 
2  When  the 
power  indicator 
of the monitor is 
on and image is 
blank. 
  The interval between 
turnoff and restart is too 
short – wait a minimum 
time of 20 seconds. 
  The monitor brightness 
or contrast may be 
improperly set (use 
<Fn>+ Direction key to 
adjust). 
  Turn off the system and 
wait a minimum time of 1 
minute, and then restart the 
system. 
  Adjust the monitor 
brightness and contrast 
back to factory defaults. 
3  The  monitor 
displays  the 
characters  but 
no images. 
  The transmission power, 
overall gain or TGC 
controls are improperly 
set. 
  Verify that a probe is 
connected and / or fully 
connected. 
  The system is in the 
frozen status. 
  Adjust the transmission 
power, gain or TGC control.
  Ensure proper probe 
connection. 
  Unfreeze the image. 
4  The  image 
quality  is 
degraded 
  The exam mode is not

  The settings of the 
image post processing

  Select an appropriate 
exam mode. 
  Adjust the settings of the 
image via post processing

and press it several times
