Advanced fax functions
Useful reception function 4-35
NOTE
When you want to set the schedule for several days of the week, register multiple
settings. For example, to distribute fax from Friday 17:00 to Monday 8:00, register
three settings with the following schedules. The conditions other than the schedule
should be registered as the same.
Schedule 1 : Weekday: Friday
Start time: 5:00 p.m.
End time: 11:59 p.m..
Schedule 2 : Weekday: Saturday and Sunday
Start time: 12:00 a.m.
End time: 11:59 p.m.
Schedule 3 : Weekday: Monday
Start time: 12:00 a.m.
End time: 8:00 a.m.
Printing the distributing condition list

Press [Setting] on My MFP Menu screen.
If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until My MFP menu
screen is displayed.

Press [Register].

Press [Auto Distribute].

Press [List].

Press [Yes].
Select [ON] to enable duplex printing, or [OFF] to disable it.
NOTE
The distribution condition list can also be printed from [Setting]
[List]
[Auto

[Yes].
Deleting distributing conditions

Press [Setting] on My MFP Menu screen.
If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until My MFP menu
screen is displayed.

Press [Register].

Press [Auto Distribute].

Select the distributing condition you want to delete, and press [Delete].

When you prompted, press [Yes].
Press [No] to close the screen without deleting.
