Scanning to an FTP server by directly specifying it

Load the document.

Press [Scan] on My MFP Menu screen.
If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until “Scan Ready” screen
is displayed.

Set the resolution and document type, as necessary.
For details, see “Resolution” (page 1-17) and “Color” (page 1-18).

Press [PC/USB], and then [FTP].

Press [Host].

Press [Link].

Enter the link to the FTP server, and press [Enter].
•Start the link with two slashes (“//”).

Administrator’s Guide.
