To allow or prevent incoming voice
announcements to your Super Display:

Select the Voice Announce sub-menu.

Turn voice announce on.
If on, incoming Intercom calls will normally voice announce to your phone.
On
Turn voice announce off.
If off, incoming Intercom calls will normally ring your phone.
Off
Back up to the previous level.Back

To set up Handsfree Reply on your
keyset:

Select the Handsfree Reply sub-menu.

Turn Handsfree Reply on.
If on, you can reply to incoming voice announcements by just speaking toward your
phone.
On
Turn Handsfree Reply off.
If off, you can reply to incoming voice announcements only by lifting the handset.
Off
Press MUTE to turn on Handsfree Reply for this call only.
