Ringing Line Preference
Simply lift the handset to answer a ringing call.
Ringing Line Preference lets you user answer a ringing call by just lifting the handset. If you primarily answers calls, Ringing
Line Preference ensures that your ringing calls have priority.
Using Ringing Line Preference
To use Ringing Line Preference:
1. Lift the handset or press
SPEAKER.
2. You automatically answer the call.
To bypass Ringing Line Preference:
1. Before lifting the handset or pressing
SPEAKER, press one of the following instead:
a) INTERCOM
b) Line or loop key
c) Feature Key
2. You will not connect to the ringing call.
To set up Ringing Line Preference at a keyset:

Next: Go to next selection. Prev: Go to previous selection. Select: Select current Option. Back: Back out
of current option. Exit: Exit Menu setup.
Select the Ringing Line Preference sub-menu

Back up to the previous level.Back
