Group Call Pickup
Group Call Pickup allows you to answer a call ringing a co-worker in your assigned Pickup Group. This permits you and your
co-workers in the same Pickup Group to easily answer each other’s ringing calls. You can intercept the ringing call by dialing
a code or pressing a programmed Group Call Pickup key.
If you have a Group Call Pickup key, you can turn the ringing on and off..
Answering a Pickup Group Call
To answer a call ringing a phone in your Pickup Group:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Do one of the following.
a) Press the flashing Group Call Pickup key.
b) Press
INTERCOM and dial *#.
To set up Group Call Pickup key ringing at your keyset:

Next: Go to next selection. Prev: Go to previous selection. Select: Select current Option. Back: Back out
of current option. Exit: Exit Menu setup.
Select the Call Pickup keys sub-menu.

Your Group Call Pickup keys will light. Press a key repeatedly to set its ringing mode.
Dial a digit (0-4) to set the Ring Type:

1 for Ring Type A
2 for Ring Type B
3 for Ring Type C

Select the Ring Assignments sub-menu.
