Selectable Display Messaging
While you’re away from the phone, callers can receive your personalized text messages.
You can select a preprogrammed Selectable Display Message for your extension so your co-workers will see the message
when they call. For example, if you select the message GONE FOR THE DAY, any keyset user calling you will see the message.
Other than displaying the message, the system puts the call though normally.
The are 16 Selectable Display Messages. Messages 01-09 are preset, but may be personalized by your own brief additions.
For example, you could select message 09 (OUT UNTIL) and add the time you are expected back (e.g., 5:00). The total length
of the message plus any entries you add cannot exceed 18. Selectable Display Messages cannot begin with numbers.

To set up Selectable Display Messaging at a keyset:

Next: Go to next selection. Prev: Go to previous selection. Select: Select current Option. Back: Back out
of current option. Exit: Exit Menu setup.
