Message On Hold
You can record a message that will play to callers on Hold.
If you are an IntraMail System Administrator, you can record a message that will play to callers while they wait on Hold. For
example, you can record a message summarizing available services or hours of operation. This message will play to callers
as soon as you put them on Hold, and continually repeat as long as they remain on Hold.
If your system does not have IntraMail, you may still be able to record a Message on Hold. However, the steps are different
and the message is limited to 120 seconds.
Check with your communications manager for more.
